Project Description: 1.1 The purpose of these specifications to give workable guidelines to perform the necessary support for pump maintenance, repairs, and overhaul activities with an authorized distributor and the Purchase of Pumps and Pump parts with an authorized distributor for manufacture pumps for the City of Dallas. The Pumps Overhaul & Repair Services with Pumps and Pump Parts will be awarded to an authorized distributor for manufacture pumps as one portion of award of this solicitation with 2.1 through 11.0 under section V below and a second portion will be awarded to suppliers that can provide the Purchase of Pumps and Pump parts with an authorized distributor for manufacture pumps under section VI below. The term of the contract shall be thirty-six (36) months.
