Aegis System Training & Certification

DODD is requesting a quote for the provision of The Aegis System Crisis Prevention and De-Escalation Train-the-Trainer Certification (TtT) for an estimated 64 employees in FY26 (7/1/25 – 6/30/26). DODD would like these on-site 3-day trainings date to occur in Columbus, Ohio between September and December 2025. (Actual dates TBD with contract award) The training cost for Trainer Certifications should include access to the Aegis Trainer Portal.

DODD is also requesting quotes for the provision of annual trainer TtT re-certification for the previously estimated 64 employees in FY27 (7/1/26 – 6/30/27). This 1-day training would occur within a 2–3 month buffer of the original certification date.

DODD also requests a quote for The Aegis System Crisis Prevention and De-Escalation Train-the-Trainer Certification (TtT) for an estimated ten (10) additional employees in FY27. DODD would like this on-site training date to occur in Columbus, Ohio in 2026. (Actual dates TBD with contract award). Due to this smaller on-site training participant training, Bidder may quote estimated travel and per diem reimbursement cost. Understanding the award of such costs under a contract would need to be in accordance with Ohio’s Office of Budget and Management (OBM) Travel Rule.

Bidders must complete the “Item Grid” in OhioBuys and attach an electronic copy of their quote within the solicitation in OhioBuys.

The attached PDF fillable forms, Standard Affirmation and Disclosure Form (EO 2019-12D & 2022-02D) and Contractor Information Form are mandatory requirements for completion and submission for the bid to be considered, for evaluation. The attached PDF fillable form, Contractor Certification Statements, is required if a bidder is eligible for a preference in relation to the goods and services to be provided under this purchase in order to be considered as part of the evaluation of their bid.

Bids will be evaluated, and an award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency. Bids will only be accepted for The Aegis System training and certification, no alternative training / certifications will be accepted.
