IAW FAR 5.301 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 21 is awarding a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000 for a WHEELCHAIR, only one responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 339113. For additional information regarding this action please contact the above POC.
