Project Description: Alaska Tribal Native Health Consortium (ANTHC) administers a portfolio of federal, state, Tribal, foundation and other grant-funded programs. Responsibilities for grants are distributed among three primary teams within the Grants Department:
• Grants Planning
• Grants Management
• Grants Accounting
These teams perform distinct but interdependent functions across the grants management lifecycle. Their work requires coordination with program and operational departments, executive sponsors, Finance, Procurement and Contracting, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Technology, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, project management, and other supporting functions.
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its grants management environment to evaluate the current state of grants management across the full grant lifecycle, document existing processes, assess governance, organizational structure, systems, policies, and internal controls, identify gaps, risks, and operational challenges, and establish a baseline to support future improvement initiatives.
