The Town shall not conduct a pre-bid meeting. Contractors should conduct their own site within the normal operating hours and days of the Transfer Facility and review the project location and site conditions to develop questions for submission in writing. Questions should be submitted by 3:00 PM local E.S.T. on Friday November 8, 2024.

Written responses will be prepared by the Town and provided via email to all bidders by 3:00 PM local E.S.T. on Wednesday November 20, 2024.
Bids are due by 12:00 PM E.S.T. on Wednesday November 27, 2024. and shall be sealed, properly addressed with the name of the Bidder and sent to:
