■ Only the following five Contractors can bid on this project as a Prime Contractor:
• Calex Engineering
• Clarke Contracting
• Jilk Heavy Construction, Inc.
• Mike Prlich & Sons, Inc.
• Mladen Buntich Construction Company

In a residential hillside area of Woodland Hills, the AC pavement on the w/downslope side of Cass Ave has settled several inches with alligator cracking. This has also lowered & rotated the curb & gutter into the downslope.
The proposed scope of work includes:
♦ Remove and replace 26-ft-wide AC roadway, and on the W side of the street:
♦♦ Remove & recompact the subgrade, adding geogrid
♦♦ Install new curb & gutter
♦♦ Replace the metal beam guardrail.
