Place of Performance:
This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by October 15, 2024, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.
The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed-price contract for a 3-month base rental and one (1) 1-month option month. Anticipated period of performance is:
Base: December 16, 2024 through March 15, 2025
Option Month: March 16, 2025 through April 15, 2025
The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0003, (written) is approximately the third week of October, 2024. The anticipated closing date is the first week of November. The anticipated award date is the second week of November. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted.
This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
