2025 Road Maintenance Materials

Project Description: INVITATION TO BID
Nazareth Borough, Northampton County, will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Road Maintenance Materials. Bids will be received via PennBid until 4:00 PM, April 3, 2025.
All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com).
Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Nazareth Borough, Northampton County, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars (1,000.00) in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond with corporate surety in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($ 1,000.00) within twenty (20) days of the award, guaranteeing compliance with the specifications, and delivery within the time specified by the bidder in his bid. Bids should be plainly marked “BID FOR 2025 ROAD MAINTENANCE MATERIALS”.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner. No Bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above.
