RFP # 2525H022 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Disparity Study-Federally Funded

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) , Division of DES- Equal Employment and Civil Rights, is soliciting proposals fora consultant to conduct an appropriate study, within the legal framework as established by 49 CFR Part 26, 49 CFR Part 23, and court rulings, to determine the absence or presence of discrimination in federal aid contracting in Alaska, as well as how that relates to implementing an affirmative action program in public contracting. This solicitation will result in the award of one (1) contract for the required services.

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on December 18, 2024. Faxed, emailed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
