Oracle Premium Support, Infrastructure Renewal

This solicitation is being rebid due to ineligibe submissions. If you have submitted a response in the previous round you must resubmitt in this round for consideration. Awarded supplier must be a certified Oracle Partner.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting dealers for products on Oracle STS 534485. Only suppliers on 534485 or suppliers who offer this item on an existing state contract may respond to this solicitation. Please see attached items list for details.

Payment Terms
An invoice for the first six months of service (8/1/26 – 1/31/27) will be submitted once a valid Purchase Order is in place. Starting in January of 2027 if the support is still required by the State, then invoices will be submitted monthly, and payment will be made in accordance with the State’s standard processing timelines.
Equipment Deprecation and Contract Termination
The parties acknowledge that the equipment covered under this maintenance agreement is scheduled to be deprecated in 2027. Upon the equipment’s deprecation and the State’s acknowledgement of the deprecation, this contract shall automatically terminate, and no further payment obligations will accrue beyond that date.
Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of your grid. If a state contract number is not provided, your quote will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
