The project work will utilize GPS controlled grading equipment to implement and establish the final grade outlined in the Geomorphic Natural Regrade Design (see attached). Once the site grading is complete, the CONTRACTOR will revegetate the site through seeding, fertilizing, and hydro-mulching across the 9.5-acre site. A low-water crossing will also need to be installed as part of this project.
