Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Comprehensive Reserve Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide construction services for the Hovland Hall West Wing Remodel (the “Project”).
OSU is only accepting Bids from firms enrolled in OSU’s 2024-2030 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program by the Due Date/Time. Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained at the following link: https://bid.oregonstate.edu/
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT - A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit will be held on June 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM PT with attendees meeting outside the front entrance of Hovland Hall (2700 SW Campus Way, Corvallis, OR 97331).
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
