Medium Voltage Systems Operator - Utility Connection and Monitoring Facility: PacWave South

OSU is seeking Proposals from qualified electrical contractors to maintain repair and operate all medium-voltage ("MV") switchgear and electrical systems (up to 36kV) of the Utility Connection and Monitoring Facility ("UCMF") of the PacWave South Project. The contractor will ensure system reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. On call response availability is required—including nights, weekends, and holidays—to restore power and minimize downtime. As the UCMF and equipment there are new, the type, timing, and frequency of response needs are currently unknown. Responses to the solicitation must be received no later than the due date and time in accordance with the submittal instructions contained in the solicitation document.
