Bid Description:
Introduction:
The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualifications from tank rehabilitation contractors for the Aldis Hill Water Storage Tank (Steel) Rehabilitation for the City of St. Albans (VT) Water System. It is the intent of the City of St. Albans to pre-select the tank rehabilitation contractor.

Submittal Registration:
Proposers must register via email with the Engineer, Aldrich + Elliott, PC to ensure that all addenda are received. Qualifications from unregistered contractors will not be considered. Send contact information to Nathan Pion, PE at npion@aeengineers.com with the subject line, “St. Albans Aldis Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Prequalification RFP”. The email shall include the following information:
1.        Company Name
2.        Contact Name
3.        Contact Phone Number
4.        Contact E-Mail Address
5.        Mailing Address

Questions:
All questions should be addressed, in writing, to Nathan Pion, at npion@aeengineers.com. Please do not call, such that questions may be properly managed and all contractors be provided the same information. The Engineer will issue addenda as deemed necessary and appropriate. Questions shall be submitted no later than: March 5, 2026 so that a response can be issued by March 6, 2026.

Delivery of Preselection Submittal:
All RFP submittals shall be received by email. The submittal shall be sent to npion@aeengineers.com with “St. Albans Aldis Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Prequalification RFP” in the subject line. All submittals must be received by: 1:00 PM EST March 12, 2026.
