Description View Changes
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to remove existing electrical panelboards, watt-hour meter, light control panel, heating control panels and install electrical panelboards, light control panel, heating control panels, surge protection devices (SPD) at building 1424, 1425, 1430, 1431, 1433, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1605, 1606, 1607, 1608 and 1620, Misawa Air Base in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract including attachments. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated between �25,000,000 to �50,000,000. Award shall be made to the lowest responsible quoter. The quoter?s financial status and past performance shall be reviewed to determine the qualification, responsiveness, and responsibility of the offeror/quoter. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally based in and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement. Response Date and Time: 23 December 2024, 11:00AM, Japanese Standard Time. ATTACHMENT 1 and 2 - Statement of Work (SOW) and NAVFAC Drawings will be made available to Offerors upon request via SAM.
