[BENCH: 2021 TEP] MINI-RFP - Planning Services for IDEA TSP Program: SamTrans County Wide TSP NOW Program

Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms pre-qualified on the 2021 Transportation Engineering and Planning Services Bench in Service Category E: Transit Planning and Engineering to apply for this project. All other firms will need to partner with a prime contractor on the Bench as a subconsultant in order to participate on this project. A subconsultant may be on multiple teams. This is to be completed by June 30, 2027.
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking a consultant to assist the San Mateo County with its Countywide Transit Signal Priority – Network Optimization Working Group (TSP-NOW) Program. The Consultant shall assist with development of a stakeholder working group, conduct an existing conditions analysis including data collection, analyze signal and software needs, and develop and implementation and funding plan for San Mateo.
