Description:
The JIPSD is seeking professionals to provide grounds maintenance of its facilities, to include but not limited to the grounds located at 1739 Signal Point Road and 69 pump stations on a routine basis. Services include: mowing the grass on schedule, trimming tree limbs that have overgrown in and around the pump station, removing weeds in and around the pump stations and raking leaves in and around the pump stations.
Pre-Bid Information:
Each offeror shall supply one (1) electronic copy and four (4) copies of submittals for review and evaluation by the Selection Committee.
