NOTICE TO BIDDERS

HVAC SERVICES FOR TOWN HALL BUILDING

TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids for the Town of Mount Pleasant heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) in Town Hall Building will be received by the Town Clerk at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595 until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025, at which time the said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the office of the Town Clerk.

Sealed bids must be addressed to the Town Clerk, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595 and be clearly identified on the envelopes with: (1) project name (2) name and address of bidders, and (3) indication of “Sealed Bid.”

The Town of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or bids which it may deem most favorable to the interest of the town.

Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate Required.
