Statement of Work

Tioga County PennDOT is seeking quotes for Grade Rocks and Footer Rocks for a stream rock step pool project on SR 2027 Segment 60 Offset 2565 (Canoe Camp Creek Road) Mansfield, PA 16933. We are requesting that the material be delivered along the roadside adjacent to the stream.

• The dimensions that are needed for this project are as follows:

• Twenty-one (21) each Grade Rocks 12” x 24”x 12”

• Forty-two (42) each Footer Rocks 24” x 36” x 24”

• We do not have a preference on the type of rock that is used.

• A copy of the Rock Step Pool Details page has been included and attached as Exhibit A for your reference.

• Estimated required delivery date of this material is after April 15, 2026. Vendor will have 5 business days to deliver material after receiving fully executed Purchase Order.

• Material is FOB Destination.

• PennDOT will coordinate delivery of the material with the vendor to the jobsite.

• PennDOT will offload the material at the jobsite.

• *Your quote must be inclusive of all charges including delivery to the jobsite. PennDOT cannot be charged for energy surcharges, trip fees, small load fees or any other fees incorporated by the contractor.

• Pursuant to Executive Order 2021-06, Worker Protection and Investment (October 21, 2021), the Commonwealth is responsible for ensuring that every Pennsylvania worker has a safe and healthy work environment and the protections afforded them through labor laws.  To that end, contractors and grantees of the Commonwealth must certify that they are in compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws.  Such certification shall be made through the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP-2201) and submitted with the bid, proposal or quote.
