Description
The City of Commerce is soliciting proposals from Planners/Consultants for development of a Downtown Master Plan to improve traffic flow and parking, provide continuity and aesthetic elements, and provide development planning for growing our downtown to meet our vision. Our focus area for this project is the corridor along Broad Street and Elm Street from Jefferson Street to Cherry Street
Project components may include but will not be limited to:
¿ Branding concept with custom banners
¿ Streetlights and café style lighting where possible
¿ ¿Pocket Park¿ additions with landscaping enhancements
¿ Expanded and/or wider sidewalks with planters
¿ Outdoor Dining concepts
¿ Purposeful pedestrian crosswalks
