The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting sealed proposals for Request for Qualifications (RFQual) for professional engineering services which include, but are not limited to, monitoring, sampling, modeling, data analysis and assessment of water resources, water supply, conveyance, treatment, distribution, and premise plumbing systems; addressing all related concerns of regulatory compliance with currently applicable as well as proposed federal, state and local regulations and legislation; planning and consultation on current and future ambient and drinking water quality and water supply quantity issues affecting the City; and coordination with various governmental agencies in regard to such concerns.
