Project Description: This City of Vancouver is seeking bids from qualified Security/Fire Alarm Monitoring and Maintenance Service Contractors. Contractors shall provide monitoring for elevator emergency phones, security/fire alarm systems, perform necessary and normal maintenance, removal and installation of replacement parts, preventative maintenance and required repairs of all security/fire alarms systems at locations listed in Attachments “A, B, C, D and E” in City of Vancouver owned or managed facilities, all in accordance with the Bid Documents, Attachments and Special Provisions.
The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
