The City of Beaumont is requesting bids for the annual contract to provide grounds maintenance of approximately 87.55 acres known as the Bunn’s Canal located on the east side of the Neches River located at 4 Oaks Ranch Road, Vidor, Texas 77662.
The MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held on WEDESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026, AT 9:00 A.M. (CT) in Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 801 Main Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701 and will be completed at Bunn’s Canal located at 4 Oaks Ranch Road, Vidor, Texas for viewing purposes.
