Birch Conference Room Leak Repair

Project Description: This Contract provides for the repair of leaks in the Birch Conference Room, located at 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660. All work shall be performed Tuesday-Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Contractor shall remove 24 ACM Panels and salvage 8 of those panels for reuse. Contract shall fabricate 16 new ACM Panels from Citadel ACM Flat Sheets. The color of these new panels shall be “Columbian Grey” in color. Contractor shall provide and install a new Blueskin SA Air Barrier along the entire 80 ft length of the South Overhang and Parapet Wall. Contractor shall then reinstall 24 ACM Panels on the overhang. The flat horizontal panels shall be installed with minimal pitch to shed water away from the building and perform any site cleanup and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Images, these Contract Provisions, and the General Conditions.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 90 Working Days from the Notice to
Proceed.
