Third Party Provider for Survey Platform

The SHA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure, scalable survey administration and reporting platform to support the delivery of the Global Workforce Survey (GWS).
The GWS is based on survey content owned by Accreditation Canada and administered by the SHA under agreement. The successful proponent will not be responsible for developing, modifying, or owning the core survey instrument.

The vendor’s role is to provide the technology, services, and expertise to:
• Administer the survey,
• Collect responses,
• Analyze results, and
• Support organizational use of the data.

In addition to survey administration and reporting, the successful proponent will support SHA in understanding and communicating survey results, including the preparation and delivery of summary presentations for SHA’s Executive Leadership Team and portfolios.
The proponent will work collaboratively with SHA’s designated project lead, who will be the primary point of contact and coordinate internal engagement and decision-making.
The vendor will also provide training to support leaders and designated users in accessing reports, interpreting results, and using the platform effectively.

The survey is anticipated to launch in September 2026.

To ensure a timely response, all questions and inquiries must be submitted to Saskatchewan Health Authority no later than 2 p.m. SK time, a minimum of 7 business days prior to the RFP closing date. Questions received after this date may not receive responses. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure that questions are submitted by the deadline.

Proponents are asked to refrain from contacting other employees, agents or officials of the SHA in respect of this RFP process, including for the purposes of lobbying or attempting to influence the outcome of this RFP process. Any such contact may, in the SHA’s sole discretion, result in disqualification.
