Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to develop a sustainable Business Model and Plan with an associated Implementation Plan, a Multi-Phase Master Plan and Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the renovation of the historic Fort Vancouver Regional Library building.
A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Meeting/Site Visit will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Historic Fort Vancouver Regional Library Building, 1007 E Mill Plain Boulevard, Vancouver WA 98663. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project.
