A. Notice to Bidders: Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders.
B. Project Identification: 25026 Track and Field Replacement for Thomasville City
Schools.
1. Project Location: 315 S. Hansell St., Thomasville, GA 31792.
C. Owner: Thomasville City School District.
1. Owner's Representative: Jeremy Rayburn, Director of Facilities.
D. Architect: Altman + Barrett Architects, P.O. Box 665 Hahira, GA 31632.
E. Project Description: Project consists of the site work and construction of a new
track and field facility. The project will include site grading, site utilities, concrete
sidewalks, asphalt paving and base, track surfacing, fencing, and electrical including athletic field lighting.
