THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF INSTALLING A PARALLEL STORM SEWER PIPE TO AND ASSOCIATED MANHOLES NEXT TO EXISTING STORM SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE. THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL STORMWATER CONVEYANCE AND ALLEVIATE CAPACITY IN THE EXISTING STORM SEWER FOR THIS INTERSECTION FOR THE 10-YEAR 24-HOUR STORM EVENT. THE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE ARE CONFINED TO THE PAVED AREAS WITHIN THE INTERSECTION AND THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN ARLINGTON COUNTY ROW AS WELL AS VDOT ROW
