Description
The Waycross and Ware County Development Authority (WWDA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified environmental consulting firms to provide comprehensive due diligence services necessary to support the Georgia Ready for Accelerated Development (GRAD) certification process for designated parcels in Ware County, Georgia. These services will facilitate the certification of the Waycross-Ware County Airport Industrial Park site (approximately 391 acres) as a GRAD-ready industrial property.
