Concrete Cut Reinstatement 2026 - Program B
Synopsis:

Submissions marked "COR25-00075 – Concrete Cut Reinstatement 2026 - Program B" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday March 17, 2026.

The City seeks proposals from construction firms for reinstatement services for concrete cuts and concrete distresses and to maintain the associated City infrastructure. The work will involve work in reinstating mainly the sidewalks that have been removed by other City branches. The overall objective of this work is to repair these open utility cuts to keep them safe for pedestrians.

The major areas of Work includes, but not limited to below:

  • Removal and replacement of sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, crossings, curbs and gutters, private driveways and walkways;
  • Repairs to concrete as described in the specifications;
  • Asphalt pavement overlay (gutter patching);
  • Traffic accommodations; and
  • Quality control.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information:

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams for this competition on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Wednesday, February 25, 2026, by 03:00 PM CST (SK).
