The County of Franklin is seeking bids to construct a Landfill Collection Facility at 110 Old Chapel Road, Penhook, VA 24137.A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the project on Monday, June 9th at 11:00 AM at the project site off Old Chapel Road. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 PM on June 16, 2025.
