This project will work with the communities of Barre, Northfield, and Winooski to improve river access and expand community engagement. FWR is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, or teams to work with community leaders to facilitate creative outreach and engagement with communities to advance efforts to reconnect the public with local rivers.
