1. Purpose of Addendum

This Addendum No. 1 is issued to correct the Request for Proposals by changing the previously stated non-

mandatory site visit to a mandatory pre-site meeting / site visit. This Addendum shall become part of the

Proposal Documents and Contract Documents.

2. Revision to Instructions to Proposers, Section 2 - Site Visit

Delete Section 2, Site Visit, in its entirety and replace it with the following:

2. SITE VISIT / MANDATORY PRE-SITE MEETING

A mandatory site visit will be held at City Hall, 199 Town Center Parkway, Spring Hill, Tennessee

37174, on May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the site visit is to allow prospective Proposers to

review existing site conditions, inspect the existing HVAC equipment, and better understand the scope

of work.

Attendance at the site visit is required. Proposals submitted by any Proposer that did not attend the

mandatory pre-site meeting / site visit shall be deemed non-responsive and may be rejected by the

City.

Any questions or requests for clarification arising from the site visit must be submitted in writing in

accordance with the Addenda and Explanations section of this Request for Proposals. Any verbal

statements made during the site visit shall not be binding on the City unless issued in a written

Addendum.

3. No Other Changes

Except as specifically modified by this Addendum No. 1, all other terms, conditions, requirements, deadlines,

specifications, forms, and provisions of the Request for Proposals and Contract Documents remain unchanged

and in full force and effect.

4. Acknowledgement of Addendum

Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 in their Proposal. Failure to acknowledge this

Addendum may be considered an irregularity and may be waived or result in rejection of the Proposal, as

determined by the City in accordance with the Proposal Documents and applicable law.
