AC for North Region Grounds Maintenance

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) to establish an Agency Contract, with four (4) possible 1-year renewals for a qualified supplier who will provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance for their North Campus Region (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College is seeking to enter into an agreement for annual Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance services. The supplier will furnish all equipment, materials, supplies and labor to provide grounds and landscaping maintenance that can meet or exceed the attached specifications and scope of work. The services will be conducted at the following locations: Sandersville Campus - 1189 Deepstep Road Sandersville, GA 31082, Instructional Center/CTD Range ¿ 1735 Kaolin Road Sandersville, GA and Jefferson Campus ¿ 1257 Warrior Trail Louisville, GA 30434.
