Description


Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยงยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) on behalf of Oconee Fall Line Technical College (OFTC) to establish an Agency Contract, with four (4) possible 1-year renewals for a qualified supplier who will provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance for their South Campus Region (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

Oconee Fall Line Technical College is seeking to enter into an agreement for annual Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance services. The supplier will furnish all equipment, materials, supplies and labor to provide grounds and landscaping maintenance that can meet or exceed the attached specifications and scope of work. The services will be conducted at the following locations: Dublin Campus 560 Pinehill Road, Dublin GA 31021 and LOIC 140 N. Third Ave, Helena GA 31037. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Oconee Fall Line Technical College will be hosting a Mandatory Pre-bid Conference at their South Campus (Dublin) location on February 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the specifications associated with this contract. Review the Mandatory Offerors Conference Announcement document attached to the Bid Notice for more details and meeting specifications.
