| Summary: | The City of Austin (“City”) seeks a Contractor to monitor online platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, and others using automated web-based solutions to identify unlicensed short-term rental properties within the City’s full and limited-purpose jurisdictions. The purpose of this contract is to support enforcement of the City’s short-term rental ordinances, which aim to promote fair and equitable management of short-term rentals across all areas. |
