Owners Rep RFP

The Town of Middlefield and its Public Safety Facility Building Committee wishes to retain an Owner’s Representative to establish and coordinate lines of communication among design and construction team members, legal services, required consultants, and the Town. The Owner’s Representative will aid the Town and its Public Safety Building Committee during the completion of the design documents, approval process with Town regulatory agency, construction documents, and assist in coordinating integral construction components of the Project. Working with the Town and its Public Safety Facility Building Committee, the Owner’s Representative will help facilitate and manage the procurement, design and construction process.
