The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for renovation of the .70 acres of Lorenzi Park located at 3333 W Washington Avenue Las Vegas Nevada 89107. Work includes removal of turf and 10 trees and the construction of 4 new pickleball courts with new fencing and sidewalk access to include new landscaping and decomposed granite throughout.
