The Existing building is 7 floors, 114,000sf. Desired scope is replacement of two existing ~200 ton centrifugal chiller plants inside the ground floor mechanical room of the building, with associated pumps, valves, controls and other accessories. Installation will be phased – one chiller plant must be online at all times. One firm will be selected for the entire project.
