The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to one or more responsible Offerors to provide commercial Ad-Hoc Medical Reasonable Accommodation Support Services (AMRASS). This announcement seeks to procure off-site Disability Management Physician Assistant (DMPA) services to provide expert medical adjudication related to Disability Management and Reasonable Accommodation determinations for Agency employees to carry out the mission in their assigned areas of responsibility within the organization. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), as amended by the Amendments Act of 2008, Title I, require federal agencies to provide reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants and employees with disabilities, barring undue hardship.This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; responses/quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 621399 - Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners applies to this procurement, and the business size standard is $9,000,000. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this action is Q999 ? Other Medical Services. Based on Market Research, this announcement will be a Small Disadvantaged Business (8a) Set Aside. This commercial buy uses FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for The Government is interested in securing these commercially available services. The Government intends to issue one (1) or more Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with vendors that provide the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quotes for this requirement. The tentative period of performance for the BOA(s) is March 20, 2025 ? March 19, 2030. The Government is under no obligation to issue an Order against any BOA Agreement. The total Task Orders against this BOA are not expected to exceed $250,000 over the 5-year period of performance. The ceiling can be increased/decreased at any time by the Contracting Officer via a bilateral modification to meet future needs. An annual notice will be posted to canvas the market for more affordable sources, each year of the performance period.
