SLCo SHE127126 Water Cooler Rental and Delivery Service-RFC

Project Description: Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Sheriff’s Office, invites your company to bid on supplying and maintaining water coolers across multiple designated locations. Selected vendors will be responsible for delivering, installing, and servicing the coolers, as well as providing scheduled refills on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure consistent and reliable access to clean drinking water.
This Request for Contract (RFC) covers the provision of water cooler rental and bottled
water delivery services across multiple divisions and office locations. Services will be required on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) as outlined in this solicitation.
