REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF KINGMAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR FIRE STATION 25

The City of Kingman, Arizona ("City) is soliciting competitive Statements of Qualifications (SOQs or RFQs) from qualified firms for Master planning and pre-construction services for a new fire station, administration, and possible future dispatch building of approximately 25,000 SF. . Responses are due by 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 . The City may reject any Response not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any response when cancellation is in the best interest of the City.
Qualified firms must demonstrate the ability to provide innovative, practical solutions that expedite the construction schedule while maintaining quality and controlling costs, support the design team from project initiation through completion by providing real-time cost modeling, constructability input, and value engineering throughout design.

Respondents wishing to submit questions regarding this RFQ must do so by 12:00 pm , Arizona time, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 . Questions must be submitted through the procurement portal.
