THIS IS THE FINAL SOLICITATION
TITLE: Academic Research Centers Educational and Support Services
Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a solicitation on or about 22 December 2023 for Academic Research Centers Educational and Support Services.
Academic/Research Centers Educational and Support Services is to be accomplished for the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Air University (AU) Academic Centers, USAF Culture and Language Center (AFCLC), USAF Center Strategic Deterrence Studies (CSDS) and AF Negotiation Center (AFNC), Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), Alabama. The contractor shall provide support for Client research, program development, instruction, program event support, acquisition management, and management consulting activities in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide support for the daily operation of the Client to enable successful achievement of the Academic Centers' research, education and training missions.
This requirement will be solicited competitively using full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.101(b). The proposed solicitation will be assigned the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611710 (Educational Support Services), with a size standard of $24,000,000.00. A Labor Hour/Cost Reimbursement Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) is contemplated. This is a competitive best value source selection in which competing offerors' past performance history will be evaluated on a basis significantly more important than cost or price considerations.
The Government intends to evaluate offers and award this contract without discussions. Therefore, the offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price standpoint. The offeror’s proposal response shall consist of three (3) separate parts; Part I - Price Proposal, Part II – Technical Proposal, and Part III – Past Performance Information.
