| Solicitation Document Description: | This RFT is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Construction Services for Jack Goodlad Park Improvements, including a new splashpad, playground, rehabilitation of two existing basketball courts, and new basketball courts, bocce courts, pathways, lighting, furniture, and gathering spaces. Includes associated removals and demolition, earthworks, equipment supply and installation, and warranty period. |

All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The optional site meeting will take place at 11:00 AM local time on April 21, 2026 at Jack Goodlad Community Centre, 929 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, ON M1K 0B2. Meetings will not be available at any other times. |
