The Missouri Development Finance Board (MDFB) is soliciting proposals from qualified operators to manage and operate three public parking garages in Downtown St. Louis. The selected operator is expected to provide first-class operations. The engagement is expected to result in a five-year contract award beginning January 1, 2026.
