The purpose of this RFA is to make improvements to health and safety for all child care programs (i.e., centers, group homes, and family child care programs), including addressing OEC licensing changes that went into effect October 1, 2024 for child care centers and group homes. Please see: 2025-Center-Statutes-and-Regulations-7-25.pdf for more information. OEC will award grants for projects on a reimbursement basis related to facility improvement projects that address health and safety improvements.
