Project Description: Work of the Project includes the demolition of the existing raw water intake system, wet well, and walkway at Auk’Tah Lake in Angoon, Alaska. The work also includes the construction of a new raw water intake on a floating dock. The project shall provide two new 6” submersible pumps and intake piping and shall connect to the existing raw water intake system. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with experience with municipal well installations and floating dock structure systems.
Estimated Cost Range:
Owner anticipates that the Work’s total bid price will be approximately $1,000,000 – $1,500,000.
Anticipated Schedule:
The Project has an expected substantial completion date of November 1, 2026 and final completion date of December 1, 2026.
Award Statement:
Award will be based on the total of all items listed on the Bid Form.
