Notice is hereby given that Online Bids will be received by the City of Minot until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30, 2026, via QuestCDN for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of 2026 Airfield Ditch Stabilization.

Major components of the Work include: Excavation, geotextile fabric installation, placement of riprap material along airfield ditch bottom, turf establishment and placement of turf reinforcement mat adjacent to installed riprap material.

For this project, bids will ONLY be received electronically. Contractors submitting an electronic bid will be charged an additional $42 at the time of bid submission via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com . Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bids shall be completed according to the Bidding Documents prepared by SEH dated April 9, 2026.

A pre-Bid conference will be held both virtually and in-person at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Minot International Airport Upper Level Conference Room. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. As requested by Contractors, a post-meeting airfield site visit will be held to allow Contractors to observe the project site.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Minot.
