North Haven Community Infrastructure Property Study
The Department of Economic and Community Development is soliciting proposals from entities to assess the viability and options to provide pedestrian infrastructure in North Haven in the area of Route 17/Middletown Ave from Quinnipiac Ave/McDermott Rd where Quinnipiac Ave connects with Westminster St and runs back out to Rt 17 in the South. This area should encompass the entire McDermott Rd loop. Primary functions of the selected entity will be to: select consultants and/or entities who are subject matter experts through an RFQ (request for qualifications) process, oversee the analysis and recommendations and produce the report.
