Project Description: The City of Dallas (COD) is seeking proposals from qualified real estate brokerage and consulting firms to provide comprehensive real estate services, including property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and strategic advisory services. The intent of this contract is to secure a knowledgeable and experienced consultant to assist COD in optimizing its real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth or consolidation, and ensuring financially sound and efficient real estate transactions.
